There are many places to serve, and these opportunities are organized through ministry teams. A ministry team is a group of lay people collaborating, developing, and moving together toward making Northside Drive an environment where people are fully known and loved.

Plans and evaluates the adult church school programs
Assists and runs sound and video recording on Sunday mornings and during special events.
Provides and delivers meals that are coordinated through emails to church families in times of joy (new babies), and challenge (extended illness).
Plans and evaluates the children’s church school programs; plans on-going activities for fellowship, education, and mission.
Oversees the operation and maintenance of the Sanctuary, Chapel, and Educational Buildings as well as the landscaping on the property.
Plans and provides floral arrangements for worship and special occasions.
Conducts yearly risk assessments.
Coordinates and consults on church-wide meals and receptions.
Develops and implements print, video, and website materials within an overall plan for advertising the church’s programs and ministries.
Contacts visitors, cultivates prospects, and recruits new members; coordinates activities to orient and integrate new members.
Studies, explores, coordinates, and publicizes mission/ministry activities of the church.
Changes the paraments to match the season of the church year and displays the appropriate paraments for weddings, funerals, memorial services, and ordinations.
Coordinates and plans senior adult activities.
Provides a spirit of hospitality at all worship services through greeting members and visitors at the doors of the church.
Consults and supervises wedding activities of both members and non-members.rch.
Plans new and existing worship and music programs/services; oversees the maintenance of musical equipment.
