Sharing Chapel Stories

On Sunday, we will share our favorite Chapel Stories as we ready ourselves for the transition of  the Chapel to a new, multi-use space.

During worship we will pass the microphone to tell stories, share memories, and offer hope to one another.

Our time will conclude with a special Litany of Remembrance and Anticipation.

If you are unable to be with us on Sunday, you can write down your stories and email them to Scott at and they can be shared on Sunday.

Scott Hovey

Scott is a native of sunny Southern California.  He is a graduate of the University of Redlands (BA) and Duke Divinity School (MDiv).  Scott has pastored several churches in North Carolina. His passion is preaching about the intersection of Scripture, justice and community. 

Scott loves living in Atlanta and taking advantage of all the big city has to offer.  Scott and his wife, Heather, are the parents of Marco, Ryon, Mary-Addison and Eleanor.
